Since January 2010 Heering Holland has full focus on the successful transport of day old chicks. Traditionally the company’s working field was wider, but as of 2010 the focus will be on the expertise and high service level that are so important to this specific type of transport. Heering’s new corporate identity and website will be officially introduced at VIV Europe 2010. Visitors will be offered a look into Heerings ‘transport kitchen’. Verbeek’s Hatchery puts the exclusive H&N Coral hen in the spotlights at VIV Europe 2010. They will present the unique Coral’s cream coloured off-white eggs to the world. Verbeek expects an increasing interest in the coming years for this specialty product. But Verbeek has more news to share with VIV Europe visitors. On short term the company starts to build a new, state-of-the-art hatchery that will become the largest in Europe. Read more!

Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP), Ukraine’s leading agro-industrial company, and HatchTech Incubation Technology, have signed an agreement for the installation of the world’s largest hatchery operation. The project is a part of the company’s expansion project called ”Vinnytsya Poultry Farm”. The new hatchery will hatch approximately 6,000,000 day-old chicks per week.

De winnaars van de MVO Pluimvee Award, een stimuleringsprijs voor bedrijven uit de pluimveevlees- en eiersector, zijn TopKip en In Ovo. De prijzen zijn dinsdagmiddag 25 oktober 2011 door juryvoorzitter Alexander Rinnooy Kan uitgereikt op de LIV beurs in Hardenberg. De Award is dit jaar voor het eerst uitgereikt en is een initiatief van het Productschap voor Pluimveevlees en –eieren in samenwerking met het Dutch Poultry Centre.
